Announcement of poster presentation and poster numbers
 
  • Review process:
  1. 11:00–11:15, May 11 (Tue), 2021. The opening ceremony will be held in the 16F, Lecture Hall, United Medical Building (Back Building). Those who participate in the opening ceremony will earn a bonus of 5 points added to their total scores (please sign in at the registration desk and bring an identification document such as a student ID).
  2. 11:30–15:00, May 11 (Tue), 2021. Participating students should present their posters and prepare to answer questions at the poster display area.
  3. Abstracts and inquiry performance will be reviewed. Inquiry performance will be graded according to research originality, application value, the participant’s answers, and poster production (each poster will be reviewed by two committee members).
  4. Participants who complete the poster session should come to the information desk (in front of Room 8006) during 13:00–15:00 to collect the Certificate of participation. Those who do not collect the certificate of participation during the specified period will be deemed to have not participated in the poster session. Certificates will not be reissued.
  1. Awards will be given to winners who presented excellent papers. If the primary author is a student of the university, he or she will be awarded a scholarship.
 
  • The publications will be presented in the form of posters, and the specifications, display times, and venue are detailed as follows:
  1. Poster board specifications: 95 cm (width) × 195 cm (height) (posters within this range are acceptable).
  2. Poster setup date and time: May 9 (Sun) to 10 (Mon), 2021
[please display posters on the specified dates, otherwise the participant will be regarded as having waived his or her right]
  1. Poster presentation session: 11:30–15:00, May 11 (Tue), 2021
  2. Poster retrieval date: 08:00~17:00, May 14 (Fri), 2021
[those who wish to retrieve their posters should do so before May 14, 2021; all remaining posters will be removed by the organizer afterward]
  1. Poster display date and time: May 10 (Mon) to 14 (Fri), 2021
  2. Venue: B1, Comprehensive Medical Building (Rear Building).
  3. Please do not use thumbtacks; please use double-sided tape or tape to display posters.
