2025 Teacher and Student Joint Academic Research Symposium－Announcement of poster presentation and poster numbers

The opening ceremony of the "2025 Teacher and Student Joint Academic Research Symposium" will be held at 11 a.m. on May 14th on the 1st floor of the Pharmacy and Nutrition Building.
Thank you to all contributors for enthusiastically registering for the event. The competition format and award details are as follows:
  1. Competition Format
  • Each submitted paper will be reviewed by 2 professors.
  • Each submitted paper will have a three-minute oral presentation.
  • The evaluation criteria are based on research originality, application value, students' on-site Q&A responses, and poster production quality.
  • Posters should be printed by participants themselves.
  1. Awards
  • Participants will receive two participation certificates (one for the participant and one for the advising professor).
(Note: Participants can collect the certificates on May 14.)
  • Winners will receive two award certificates (one for the participant and one for the advising professor).
  • Winners will receive prize money (only first authors who are current students can receive the prize money; if not, only an award certificate will be given).
  • Group A to Group F, their rankings and reward amounts are as follows: (Only first authors who are current students can receive the prize money)
    1. 1st place NT$10,000
    2. 2nd place NT$7,000
    3. 3rd place NT$5,000
    4. Honorable Mention NT$3,000
  • Group K, their rankings and reward amounts are as follows: (Only first authors who are current students can receive the prize money)
    1. 1st place NT$3,000
    2. 2nd place NT$2,000
    3. 3rd place NT$1,000
    4. Honorable Mention NT$600
  1. The poster display schedule and related regulations are explained as follows (Posters should be printed by participants themselves)
  • Poster board specifications: 95 cm (width) × 195 cm (height) (posters within this range are acceptable).
  • Poster posting time: May 13 (Tue) to 14 (Wed), 2025
  • Poster report time: 11:00–14:00, May 14 (Wed), 2025
  • Poster display time: May 13 (Tue) to 15 (Thur), 2025
  • Poster retrieval time: 08:00~17:00, May 15 (Thur), 2025
[those who wish to retrieve their posters should do so before May 15, 2025; all remaining posters will be removed by the organizer afterward]
  • Venue: B1, Comprehensive Medical Building (Rear Building) & 1st floor of the Pharmacy and Nutrition Building.
  • Please do not use thumbtacks; please use double-sided tape or tape to display posters.
