The opening ceremony will be held at 11 am on May 14 on the 1st floor of the Pharmacy and Nutrition Building. Please attend and bring your student ID to collect your exhibition certificate at the registration desk.

Activity and inquiry process notes:
1. There is no specific size requirement for poster printing, as long as it does not exceed the poster board size of 95 (width) x 195 (height) cm (any size within this range is acceptable)
2. You do not need to be present for the entire consultation period; once you have completed evaluations from two committee members, you may leave
3. If you are unable to attend the event, you will not receive an inquiry score
4. Both Chinese and English are acceptable for the inquiry session
5. If you do not collect your exhibition certificate on May 14, but have posted a poster, you may collect it from the Research and Development Office on the 4th floor of the Comprehensive Medical Building (Front Building) section on May 19 or 22. Late collection will not be accommodated, and unclaimed certificates will be destroyed"

The opening ceremony of the "2025 Teacher and Student Joint Academic Research Symposium" will be held at 11 a.m. on May 14th on the 1st floor of the Pharmacy and Nutrition Building.
Thank you to all contributors for enthusiastically registering for the event. The competition format and award details are as follows:
- Competition Format
- Each submitted paper will be reviewed by 2 professors.
- Each submitted paper will have a three-minute oral presentation.
- The evaluation criteria are based on research originality, application value, students' on-site Q&A responses, and poster production quality.
- Posters should be printed by participants themselves.
- Awards
- Participants will receive two participation certificates (one for the participant and one for the advising professor).
- Winners will receive two award certificates (one for the participant and one for the advising professor).
- Winners will receive prize money (only first authors who are current students can receive the prize money; if not, only an award certificate will be given).
