學生論文獎申請流程：

「學生論文獎學金」系統填寫注意事項：
Important notes for providing application information on the Student Research Paper Award system：
1. 申請本獎學金之系統填寫及上傳資料期限至109年12月11日(五)止。
Applicants shall fill out all information in and upload all documents to the system by Friday, December 11, 2020.
2. 申請者需為本校目前在學之學生，其研究成果需以臺北醫學大學名義發表於SCI、SSCI、EI或A&HCI期刊，且該篇論文學生為第一作者，指導教授或共同指導教授為通訊作者，始得提出申請。
To qualify for the award, applicants must be a student or postdoctoral researcher at Taipei Medical University (TMU) at the time of application. They must also have published a research paper, under TMU’s name, as the first author, with their advisor or coadvisor being the corresponding author and a full-time teacher at TMU. The paper must be published in a journal listed in the Science Citation Index (SCI), Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), Engineering Index (EI), or Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI).
3. 每人申請以三篇當年發表之論文為限，每篇以獎勵一次為限。
Each applicant can apply for the award only for a maximum of three research papers published in the year of application, with a maximum of one award for each paper.
4. 所提之論文需於2020.1.1～2020.12.31已發表或已接受發表者。
The research paper must have been published or been accepted for publication at any time between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020.
5. 上傳檔案文件如下：需清楚可辨識。
Applicants shall upload the following documents, which must be clear and legible, to the system:
(1) 外籍申請人須連同「居留證」、「護照」一併上傳。
Foreign applicants shall upload copies of both their Alien Residence Certificate and passport.
(2) 銀行存摺封面影本。
Copy of the front page of bank passbook.
(3) SCI期刊論文之Impact factor、最佳排名及歸屬學門領域證明。
請參閱2019 SCI Journal Citation Report（若無此資料亦可至圖書館網頁查詢影印）。SSCI、EI、A&HCI 等收載之期刊論文，也請上傳該期刊所屬研究領域之相關證明資料。
Proofs for the impact factor, best ranking, and discipline of the SCI journal paper.
These are available in the 2019 SCI Journal Citation Report (if the report is not available to applicants, they may also obtain these details of the journal through a print copy of relevant data from the TMU library website). For papers published in SSCI, EI, or A&HCI journals, please upload proofs for the journal’s field of research.
(4) 學術期刊論文original paper (原始論著)、reprint（抽印本）、galley proof（校樣本）或接受函。
Either the original paper, offprint, and galley proof, or acceptance letter.
並請務必用螢光筆在論文上註記標示「第一作者姓名」及「相同貢獻作者姓名」、「通訊作者姓名」、「發表學校名稱」、「出版日期」、「期刊名稱」、「期刊論文歸屬學門領域」、「Impact factor」、「最佳排名」、「論文巻/期」、「論文頁數起訖」。
Please mark with a highlighter the name of the first author, names of authors with equal contribution as the first author, name of the corresponding author, name of the university of publication, date of publication, journal name, journal discipline, impact factor, best ranking, journal volume and issue, and the first and last pages of the journal article.
(5) 應屆畢業生或博士後研究員請上傳畢業證書，若有其他作者與第一作者equal contribution為北醫學生者，要一起上傳學生證影本，俾利審核計算獎學金。
Applicants who graduate on the year of application or who are a postdoctoral researcher shall upload a copy of their graduation certificate and a copy of the student ID card of, if any, the author who has equal contribution as the first author and who is a TMU student. This is required for the calculation of the prize amount in the review.
6. 學生論文獎之獎勵金額，按照教師研究論文獎獎勵金額乘0.5計算(每篇論文若有兩位(含)以上之第一作者，獎勵金額除以第一作者數計算(第一作者皆為北醫學生者除外))。
The prize given by the Student Research Paper Award is 50% that given the Teacher Research Paper Award (if the research paper has two or more first authors, then the prize is calculated by dividing the original award by the number of first authors [this does not apply to papers whose first authors are all TMU students]). An applicant shall submit a completed application form along with either (a) an offprint and a galley proof of their paper or (b) an acceptance letter of their paper. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. If the sum of all prizes to be granted exceeds the budget of the current year, the prize granted to each paper will be reduced proportionally.
7. 總獎勵金額如超過該年度預算，則每件獎勵金額按比例刪減。

8. 博士後研究人員比照學生給予獎勵。
The award may also be granted to postdoctoral researchers per the rules governing TMU students.
9. Letters to the editor 及 comment 不列入「學生論文獎學金」計算。
Letters to the editor and commentaries are not included in the scope of the Student Research Paper Award.

11. 資料輸入或上傳後，務必按下「儲存」按鈕及「送出簽核」按鈕，使完成程序。
