We extend our gratitude to all participants for their enthusiastic submissions. The details regarding the competition format and reward structure are outlined below.
- Competition Method
- Each submitted paper will undergo a comprehensive inquiry review conducted by two dedicated committee members.
- Following this, each paper will be subject to a 3-minute on-site inquiry session.
- The evaluation criteria for submissions will encompass several key aspects: the originality of the research, its practical application value, the student's on-site responses during the inquiry session, and the overall quality of the poster production.
- Participants are responsible for printing their own posters, with the exception of Group K (National Science and Technology Council undergraduate project), for which posters will be uniformly printed by the Office of Research and Development.
- Reward Method
- All exhibitors will be presented with two certificates of participation, one for the exhibitor and one for their advising professor. These certificates will be available for collection on May 13th.
- Award winners will additionally receive two competition certificates, similarly distributed between the awardee and their advising professor.
- Monetary prizes will be awarded to winners, provided that the first author is a currently enrolled student of this university; otherwise, only the competition certificate will be granted.
