To accelerate and support microbiome-related research on campus, our Human Microbiome Core Laboratory offers comprehensive technical assistance to collaborate with you in driving scientific innovation.
🔬服務項目涵蓋：計劃諮詢、核酸萃取、樣本保存、定序分析、資料解析、代謝體學以及厭氧菌培養 Our services include project consultation, nucleic acid extraction, sample preservation, sequencing analysis, data interpretation, metabolomics, and anaerobic bacterial culture.
📍申請方式：
- 請email 檢體清單至 ra0427@tmu.edu.tw，檢體清單內容包含檢體編號、檢體類別、採集日期、試驗設計、研究內容概述、研究成果分享，協助我們更了解您們的需求。
- 請於平日早上09:00-12:00;下午13:00-18:00送檢體，送檢體之前請致電02-2736-1661#2520，運送時檢體盡量保持低溫，並送至臺北醫學大學醫學綜合大樓後棟B1。
- Please email your sample list to ra0427@tmu.edu.tw. The sample list should include sample ID, sample type, collection date, experimental design, a brief overview of the research, and plans for sharing research outcomes. This information will help us understand your needs well.
- Please deliver the samples on weekdays between 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00. Before sending the samples, call 02-2736-1661 ext. 2520. During transport, please keep the samples as cold as possible and deliver them to the B1 level of the Rear Building, Medical Complex, Taipei Medical University.
